Moapad Culture is the English-language culture publication of Moapad at culture.moapad.com. This notice explains how information is handled on this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact thirtyshots2689@outlook.com.
1. Information we use and why
Website access records. Our hosting infrastructure may record your IP address, browser and device information, access time, requested page and referring address. These technical records help deliver pages, maintain security, investigate errors and prevent misuse. They are deleted when no longer needed for these purposes or when the applicable service retention period ends.
Email enquiries. When you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, the subject, message and attachments. We use this information to answer questions, investigate corrections or rights requests, and keep a record of their resolution. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information.
2. How long we keep enquiries
Following the same retention standard as Moapad, we delete enquiry records within one year after the enquiry is resolved, unless applicable law requires a different retention period. Information needed to handle an ongoing dispute or legal obligation is retained only as necessary for that purpose. This is our handling standard for correspondence, not a claim that email providers or backups use an identical automatic deletion schedule.
3. Hosting, email and other service providers
We use Hostinger to host this WordPress website and Microsoft Outlook for the contact mailbox. These providers process technical records or correspondence as necessary to provide their services. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on the service and its infrastructure.
See the Hostinger Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement for information about their processing. We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate the website and handle requests, with your permission where required, or to meet legal obligations.
4. Cookies, caching, analytics and advertising
WordPress uses cookies for login and administration. Visiting the login page can set a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. Login and preference cookies support authenticated sessions. Public visitors do not need an account to read our pages. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect login-related functions.
The site uses LiteSpeed Cache to serve temporary copies of pages more efficiently. Cached copies expire or are cleared according to the site’s cache settings. Caching is separate from advertising consent and visitor analytics.
At launch, we have not connected Google Analytics or activated AdSense advertising for Moapad Culture. The main moapad.com website has its own configuration and privacy notice; its analytics settings should not be assumed to apply to this separate installation. Before introducing advertising, additional analytics or a newsletter, we will update this notice and review any required consent controls. This notice itself does not constitute consent.
5. Links to other websites
Our articles may link to official broadcasters, publishers and other sources. Following a link takes you to a separate website whose own privacy practices apply. If we introduce third-party embedded players or other tracking features, we will review their data handling and update the relevant notice and controls.
6. Your privacy requests
You may contact thirtyshots2689@outlook.com to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you, or to ask us to restrict or stop processing it. The rights available depend on applicable law. We may need proportionate verification before acting on a request and may retain information where a legal obligation requires it. Where applicable, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Children and security
We do not operate a registration or personal-information collection service directed at children under 14. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and remove it where appropriate.
We use HTTPS and administrative access controls to help protect information. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security, so please send only the information needed for your enquiry.
